Reza Sanjideh

I am Gholamreza Sanjideh, but my friends and family call me Reza, an abbreviation of my name. At an old age, I discovered philosophy, and I believe this is the path to understanding. In that moment, you find yourself, and I think you will find your answer.

After a turbulence in Tehran, I moved to Germany in 1986, and lived there until 1996. The work I do as a philanthropist takes me to Washington DC. I recently self-diagnosed with ADHD, which I am sure I've had for quite some time. It never occurred to me that I might have a deficiency, and I always thought I had insufficient patience to read a book. But I was constantly disrupted, and I always thought I had to do something about it. I have finally accepted that I have ADHD and cannot focus on a lot of the things that I am dealing with every day, so now I am trying to deal with it and find habits that can accommodate my needs.
